Syria Executions Video: Rebel Reportedly Films Himself Shooting 10 Prisoners (GRAPHIC VIDEO)
From The Huffington Post
This article is about another Syrian issue from the rebels. These rebels completely do not know when to stop and are around the border of Turkey. There is this one disgusting rebel who decides to take away lives of ten innocent people to show that they are serious? I believe that it is completely getting out of hand by now. One of the men begged, "I swear to God we are peaceful", and what the man with the camera and Kalashnikov does is shoot that man in the arm, he lays on the floor with a bloody arm and it is difficult to tell what really happens in the video. Just sitting and watching the video itself is already difficult, but why would they do this, there needs to be an end to this. The thing about the video is that the Reuters can not immediately verify the authenticity of the video yet, because it is still a little difficult to tell whether this was just a little play to mess with our minds or to mean business.

  1. These types of mishaps have been happening in Syria since the beginning of the civil war, and they continue until today. Unfortunately, the majority of the world sees these crimes justified because of what the government, apparently, has done to to its people. If the government sees that all of the citizens are rising against the government, how else can they react other than declaring war against them? All I hope is for the conflict to settle, and a normal Syria with a strong Armenian population to rise again.

  2. These people who call themselves "rebels" are people who have no idea what they are fighting for. If these men want free their people from a dictatorship, they should not go around killing their own citizens. This proves that they do not care what happens to the people of Syria as long as they become the leaders. Every country needs an intelligent and knowledgable leader. Clearly these rebels are not intelligent and are not capable of leading a country of 20,000,000.

  3. The fighting keeps continuing. As sad it is to hear that ten innocent civilians were cold bloodily murdered, it hurts even more to say that one of the victims was an Armenian. Civilians should not be tortured as a punch line for political activists, rebel or not. These rebels need to understand their limits and comprehend the rules of war to eventually get their voice heard in a civilized manner. Murdering innocent people just makes them look like animals.

  4. There are innocent lives being taken away all the time. People like this try to get attention from the stupidest ways. There is no use and there is no benefit what so ever from what this rebel did. I do not seem to understand what goes on in these people's minds, and how killing people is a solution to their problem. Like Gevo said, this does this need to stop. Regardless of the video's credibility, there are many innocent people dyeing because of the Syrian civil war, and it needs to stop.

  5. Syria's situation is getting more serious by the day. Something needs to be done. Tradegies like these are happening everyday and more and more innocent lives are being taken away. America, "the policemen of the world," should get involved by putting an end to the rebels and restoring peace in Syria. Getting attention by shooting innocent men is not the right way to do it. Something must be done. Enough is enough.

  6. I completely agree with you entire point Gevo. It is truly disgusting, and those rebels need to stop. Killing random people off the street has always happened since the beginning of this war, and from the start, people never cared about it. This is wrong, and it should stop. Someone has to put an end to this, because the Syrians are tearing themselves apart.

  7. The depth of the Syrian conflict is only beginning to reach its climax. Wether the video was an actual incident, or it was used as a way to bring attention by faking a scenario, it nonetheless creates more unneeded pressure and drama in the conflict. The rebels are trying to fight for freedom from President Assad's rule, however, by making videos like such, they prove that they are unworthy of running a nation, and are unstable mentally. This is also the reason why Syria chose to cut Internet and phone lines, so that videos like this do not spread around the world, which altogether will make the situation worse. The government has to find one, strong push to exterminate the cause of the rebel's, and restore peace to the country of Syria.

  8. The Middle East has been having several difficulties with the civilian uprising to the topic of a different rule of government taking over. Revolution allows the civilians to handle situations in a unprofessional, undiplomatic as well as terrorizing manner. This individual shows no remorse when brutally murdering and inflicting pain upon innocent victims. Though it is not proven whether this act took place, the occasion and the setting permits for civilians to act in an uncivilized way.

  9. The more time that passes the more serious the issue in Syria becomes. Innocent people are dying each and every day due this civil war. Someone must put an end to this sooner than later. Clearly the rebels are incapable of running an entire country on their own. Their acts of violence are despicable and unacceptable. If this kind of media is what they think is going to help them take control of Syria they are mistaken. America must take a stand on this issue and enforce their power on this middle eastern nation. It can no longer watch cities be demolished and civilians be murdered for absolutely no reason. At this point, it seems as if this war will never end.

  10. Seeing the video myself, I agree with you on the fact that this video is sickening and gruesome. The armed assailant obviously has no morals or ethics whatsoever, because if he did, he would not be committing the executions, and he definitely would not videotape it for the rest of the world to see. As time progresses, Syria is gradually falling apart. It is excruciatingly tiring to constantly hear news of murder and revolution from the Middle East. Personally, my family has escaped, they are safe, the rest I do not care as much for. It is up to the government and people of Syria to get along and come to some agreements. Also, to this constant involvement from other countries, just let it happen. Syria should dig itself out of this hole they put themselves in.
